The name of the new bar pays homage to the building known as God’s Providence House.
The app offers daily opening times from 10 a.m. to 1 a.m.
Alcohol would be provided on-site and off-site between 10 a.m. and 12:30 a.m., and from the end of permitted hours on New Year’s Eve to the start of permitted hours on New Year’s Day.
The company also wants the license to allow live and recorded music between 10 a.m. and 12:30 a.m., as well as during proposed New Year’s trading hours.
The app also offers late-night refreshments daily from 11 p.m. to midnight, and during proposed New Year’s Eve arrangements.
Consultation on the proposal will continue until April 5.
