Evans Garrey PLLC law firm has opened offices in Phoenix and Flagstaff.
“It was a natural progression for us to open offices in Phoenix and Flagstaff,” said Erin Evans, Co-Founder and Partner. “Reid (Garrey) lives in Phoenix and I live in Flagstaff, so we decided to expand our practice to provide quality legal services to our local communities. “

Previously, Erin Evans and Reid Garrey were partners at the Scottsdale-based PC law firm Garrey, Woner, Hoffmaster & Peshek, which Reid founded over 30 years ago. While there, they practiced personal injury defense and plaintiff insurance. They have gained extensive experience in dealing with serious injury cases, many of which have been tried. In June 2021, Reid and Erin decided to branch off to focus on personal injury and wrongful death. The new practice is a specialist law firm that will focus on issues involving the law of wrongful death as well as catastrophic bodily injury, specific to plaintiffs.

Erin has served as president of the Coconino County Bar Association. She is also an active member of several committees and working groups of the Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section (“TIPS”) of the American Bar Association (ABA), including the Outreach to Young Lawyers Committee, Litigation Committee, Solo and Small Firm Task. Reid has over 35 years of experience in the practice of law. He is a Board Certified Personal Injury and Wrongful Death Specialist. He also served on the State Bar Advisory Board for Personal Injury and Wrongful Death for eight years and was co-chair of that commission for five years. He was also inducted into the American College of Trial Lawyers in 2004 and recently completed his tenure as President of State for the Arizona Chapter of the College. The American College of Trial Lawyer is an invitation-only organization limited to the top 1% of the country’s top litigators. Reid has been classified as AV for 25 years. Reid is also a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates.
