DOWNTOWN: BBB Nine Ltd has asked Swindon Borough Council to change the license to operate the Boom Battle Bar at Regent Circus.
This variation should allow the organization of indoor sporting events, the broadcasting of recorded music and the sale of alcohol from 11 p.m. to 2 a.m. from Thursday to Sunday and from 11 p.m. to 3 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.
The owners of the leisure complex want to be able to play between 11 p.m. and midnight from Monday to Sunday and offer late-evening refreshments from 11 p.m. to 2 a.m. from Sunday to Thursday and from 11 p.m. to 3 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays, subject to conditions and other times. specified in the application.

SWINDON: Park Garage Group PLC has applied for an operating license for the South Marston, Rodbourne and Kingshill service stations.

ROYAL WOOTTON BASSETT: Broadtown Brewery Ltd on Broad Town Road is applying for a license.
It would update the plan to include a new cooler and the new hop garden area, add regulated entertainment to the hop garden, allow live and recorded music to be played from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily, expand the sale of hops. alcohol to consume from time to time. the premises also include these permits for the hop gardens and the cooler from 9 am to 11 pm daily.
The ordinance would extend two-hour permissions from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. in the brewery and faucet room, allow a non-standard New Year’s schedule, and allow live music, recorded music, late-night refreshments and nightlife. sale of alcohol to be consumed on and off the premises from 11 p.m. on New Year’s Day to 1 a.m. on New Year’s Day.
WROUGHTON: Parts of Hay Lane and Wharf Road that currently have a 50mph speed limit will now be 40mph.
This new boundary will be on the B4005 from the garden center access road to the new roundabout junction with Wharf Road and Wichel Way, and the junction with Hay Lane to the south of the residential property known as the The Wharf.
Wharf Road from the new roundabout junction with the B4005 Hay Lane and Wichel Way west of Costow Farm Cottages will now be 40 mph.
A new 40 mph limit will be added to the circulatory system at the new Hay Lane and Wharf Road roundabout junction and on Wichel Way for a distance of 70 meters from the roundabout.

WROUGHTON: The 7.5 ton weight restriction will be changed on Hay Lane, Salthrop Farm Lane and Elcombe by moving it from the junction with B4005 Wharf Road to the new priority junction with B4005 Hay Lane as part of Wichelstowe Southern Access Scheme.
STRATTON ST MARGARET: A similar weight restriction on Ermin Street will start from the new junction with the A4312 Oxford Road as part of the White Hart junction improvement program.
