Richard Elliott has been named General Manager of Park Hyatt St. Kitts

destination’s first resort, announces the appointment of Richard Elliott as General Manager. In his new role, Elliott will oversee operations at the resort, including its 126 rooms and suites, five restaurants and bars, and 7,000 square feet of event space.

A seasoned hotelier, Elliott Hyatt’s career spans 17 years and he has held leadership positions at properties across four brands, including Hyatt Centric, Hyatt Regency, Grand Hyatt and Andaz. Most recently, Elliott served as General Manager of Hyatt Centric Waikiki Beach, where he spearheaded RevPar growth and enhanced sustainability initiatives and programs.

Since managing Hyatt properties around the world, Elliott brings a wealth of skills to Park Hyatt St. Kitts. Prior to his role at Hyatt Centric Waikiki Beach, Elliott was director of operations at the 300-room Andaz Maui at the Wailea Resort. Additional experiences include leading the Grand Hyatt Baha Mar pre-opening project as Senior Room Manager; exceeding customer service, co-worker engagement and hotel profitability for five consecutive years as Senior Room Manager at Hyatt Regency Aruba Resort, Casino & Spa; and overseeing rebranding efforts as Rooms Manager at the Hyatt Regency Bonaventure & Convention Center in Florida.
