Certified sommeliers from the resort will be on hand to answer any questions about choosing the right wine for your meal or party. At today’s special preview we were fortunate enough to have a few of these skilled people on hand, and we were full of information and provided the perfect match for each. flat.

The event, while featuring over 100 beverage stations, also features over 20 catering stations from the resort’s culinary teams, offering menu items from various restaurants on the property. We were invited to try several of the dishes that will be featured at the event, including:

The Grilled Mahi Mahi was easily the star of the event, with many attendees gushing out of the article and returning for more. Full event menus can be viewed here, keep in mind that although they are similar, the menus vary depending on the party you are attending.

Throughout the event, guests will find food stations, as well as themed areas, The Beer Garden, The Bubble Lounge, The Pig & The Poke, and Chinatown.
